It begins with a dry body brush stimulating the skin, going on to a body treatment of your choosing, some choose a full body exfoliation, others a mud wrap. We have 8 in total to choose from.
We then give you a full body aromatherapy infrared sauna steam followed by a 360 water shower massage with preprogrammed jets. All the while you are experiencing an amazing express facial.
We then let you get nice and dry and into a dry bed to soothe those aches and pains with a full body massage and finish your facial with an aromatherapy face masque.
